Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty

All equipment when sold is new and carries a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Once you purchase the equipment it will be your responsibility to register it with the manufacturer to activate the warranty. All warranty information is included with shipment of the equipment. You may contact our Customer Service for additional information.

Items considered equipment include but are not limited to: travel steamer, home steamer, steam mop, garment steamer, etc. As per manufacturer’s policy, equipment cannot be returned. For any defect, please refer to the equipment warranty information and contact the manufacturer directly. If you do not find all the information or have additional questions please contact our Customer Service at your earliest convenience.

All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/ distributor directly for service at your expenses. Joya Mia is not liable if the manufacturer/ distributor fails to perform warranty service.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY Joya Mia. Joya Mia will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Joya Mia’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS FROM A THIRD-PARTY CART/KIOSK/SITE AND WANT TO RETURN IT, YOU MUST DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE THIRD-PARTY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Warranty Instructions

Must register your product on our Website within 7 days of purchase to take full advantage of product warranties and return privileges.

  1. All damaged, broken, abused, and/or mistreated products will not be exchanged.
  2. The product must be returned in its original box. NO EXCEPTIONS. For product exchanges, please send $15 Co-Pay for Shipping & Handling (Payment done when filling out exchange form).
  3. No products will be replaced without this payment attached. For any returned products from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico or Mexico please send $21.00 Co-Pay for international please send $30.00 To the following address:
