Turnaround

All orders received through joyamia.com ships as soon as possible. Delivery times may be estimated not promised as certain conditions may interfere with smooth transit such as peak season, weather, rural destination, international Customs, etc. In case of adjustments needed, please contact Customer Service with your order number and concern immediately. No adjustments can be made after the package ships.

Carriers

All orders are shipped through either UPS, FedEx, USPS, Or Amazon Shipping. The rate charged is a set rate, but if you choose 2-day shipping rates may vary. For shipping outside of the continental United States, prices will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the purchase. 

Packaging and Shipping

JOYA MIA ships worldwide. We do not ship to hotel rooms, FPOs and DPOs. The product may be shipped in multiple cartons that may arrive separately.

Back-orders

On occasion, products may be out of stock at the time a shipment is processed. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as stock is available. JOYA MIA may also contact you if a substitute product can be offered. You will not be charged additional shipping charges for back ordered items.

Shipping policies may be changed without notice.


International 

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated according to the size, weight, and destination of the purchase.

Customs, duties, VAT are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

In cases where a broker is needed for the package, the purchaser may need to provide their own or utilize the broker that may be provided by their respective country's Customs Department. 

Delivery times may be estimated not promised due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, the courier itself, foreign affairs, etc. For the smoothest transit, please ensure a full and valid shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. 

It is the purchaser's responsibility to know what is able to be imported into their respective country. JOYA MIA is not responsible for prohibited items that may be seized by the respective government. It is up to the individual policy of the government to decide if the confiscated item is to be  returned to sender or destroyed. 

In cases where the entire package is confiscated or return to sender, JOYA MIA reserves the right to determine if a refund is possible. All shipping fees are not refundable.
