RETURN POLICY

Only styling tools and electrical nail equipment may be returned.

Products from the HAIR CARE, ACRYLIC POWDER SYSTEM, O2 FLOW, DRILL BITS, INSYNC®️, GEL POLISH (15ML), REFILL SIZE 8OZ, STARTER KIT, CHROME MIRROR POWDER, CUTICLE PUSHER, GLASS FILE, LACQUER & GEL REMOVER, SUZIE'S COLLECTION and ACCESSORIES categories are FINAL SALE.

Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable.

For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted.

All returns are subject to a Return Processing Fee of $14.95.

Return labels are not provided. 

 

PLEASE NOTE

Only items purchased directly from the JOYA MIA website can be returned or exchanged. JOYA MIA reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. 

JOYA MIA is not liable for lost or stolen items. 

JOYA MIA is only responsible for orders until they leave our fulfillment center. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping center and the customer to ensure the package arrives safely. If a package is marked as delivered but is stolen or unable to locate, we cannot refund the order amount. 

JOYA MIA is not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. 

JOYA MIA shall not be liable for any delay caused by the act or default due to COVID-19, high volume, or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery estimate provided by the carrier. If your shipment has encountered an issue, we recommend calling your local post office for the most up-to-date information.
